By opening an ASoc account or using any ASoc service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Services
ASoc provides personal and business banking tools including account management, payments, savings, and financial insights. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use ASoc only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Fees and payments
Plan fees are disclosed at sign-up and billed on the cycle you choose. We give advance notice of any price changes and you may cancel at any time.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ASoc’s liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ASoc after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
