Refund policy
We keep pricing simple and refunds straightforward. Here's exactly how it works.
Free plan
The Starter plan is always free — there is nothing to refund. You may close your account at any time with no charge.
Paid plans (Growth & Scale)
You may cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact support@asoc.app and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Exceptions
Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods beyond the 14-day window, or for accounts that have been suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Email support@asoc.app with the subject line “Refund request” and your registered email address. We process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
